Sapyns is committed to making its websites accessible in accordance with “Real Decreto 1112/2018, de 7 de septiembre, sobre accesibilidad de los sitios web y aplicaciones para dispositivos móviles del sector público”.

This website is partially compliant with RD 1112/2018 due to the following exceptions and non-conformities:

For Accessible Information Requests, clearly specify the facts, reasons, and requests that substantiate it as a reasonable and legitimate request.

Application Procedure

If an Accessible Information Request or complaint has been dismissed, if you disagree with the decision made, or if the response does not meet the requirements specified in Article 12.5 of RD 1112/2018, you may initiate an appeal. A complaint can also be initiated if no response has been received.

The website:

  • Has been designed to adhere to current accessibility standards and regulations, meeting Priority 2 (AA) checkpoints defined in the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1).
  • Is optimized for the latest versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari, and Opera.
